1970s Plunge Stripe Geoffrey Beene MaxiI absolutely adore this dress. It is a classic blue and white stripe and is shockingly modern. The skirt is fairly full and flows out from an almost empire waist. The fabric used is a semi sheer cotton mix so it has this wonderful light airy feel but is not so on the cotton side as to feel like a casual piece.
